its been a long time since I wrote, can you help me, someone has told me there are a few articles about our area and about a b b q that we had and aslo about a family and a builder we have here.  I cant seem to find it can you help and send me the area and heading I need to get into to read this please.

Long time no contact - sorry.  Have been over here sinve October last year and really loving it.  Am expected to move INTO my place in San Cayetano in 3 weeks time !!!!!!!!!  Can´t wait.  My build was eventually on time too actually I had notification of being finished 6 days early!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on 25th Jan couldn´t beleive it everyone says manaña manaña.  I had no probs, perhaps its the particular builder. Don´t know or perhaps I am just lucky.  Anyway after your advice yet again.  The air con is two different units that the sales office has recommented, costing around 2,200 euros for the two bed apartment, I wonder if you know this is a good price or if you know of anywhere else I can get a quote.  Also sat tv and telephone

Not sure usually the contract will say that they builders have to complete thwe works from either the day they actually started or the day they actuall got the planning consent for the build.  Check the contract

Hi there Pauline and Peter

I am actually not doing power of attourney as I have heard and it may be worth checking that it is possible that the solicitors will then carry on having poa on everything and afterwards you have to pay to stop the poa.  This is only what I have heard and I am not sure if it is true.  It may be worth your while finding out.  I am actually coming back to the UK for Christmas later on today and am dreading the weather as seen on TV this morning.  The weather is changing sñlightly here now, it is still beautiful during the day - it was 16 in Cartegena on Monday but the evenings and early mornings are cold, there seems also to be a strong wind that picks up which is cold, but you can´t have everything.  I must say to all you guys out there that if you are not having any type of heating in your property, it would be worth thinking about, as the one I am renting does not have any and yes it does get cold in the evening.  Anyway all paperwork is done my end in preperation of the final signings it has been reasonably easy once you know whats happening. Happy Christmas to all out there and see you when we all move in
