Having bought last November and been out about 5 times since, i have to say I am VERY impressed.  Yes, the town centre is not opened yet and nor is the golf course, although at least 9 holes are ready to play on.  However, the resort still shows much more promise than Condado De Alhama for instance, which has bitten off more than it can chew.  It also appears that since Polaris's troubles, most of the Condado plans have been shelved and construction has ground to a halt, however at Terrazas, construction continues at a great pace.

The areas which are finished and lived in, Phase 1, and soon to be the second phase which is the penthouse style apartments are fantastic, well kept and once you are on your own terrace, you have no idea that the rest of the resort it still a building site.

Resortalia are managing the place extremely well and all the resort staff are very helpful and friendly.  So the small temporary supermarket only opens for a few hours a day Mon - Fri - just now, but La Torre is only a 2 minute drive or 15 minute cycle away, as is Roldan and Balsicas.

Remember, this resort was always a long term plan and so far, for us, it has more than fulfilled that potential, with much work still ongoing to complete the services - don;t expect them tomorrow, but when they are finished, I think your investment will be more than safe and you, and all the other risk takers who bought on this resort will be more than delighted with the final result.

We originally bought off plan at Condado but soon realised that our investment may not be safe and switched to Terrazas and are more than satisfied with our purchase.
