As residents in Blk 2 we totally agree with Andy that both time and some major thinking needs to be put in before another eyesore is placed anywhere near  Block 2 .

The Tardis is bad enough without adding another non suitable structure on site, hopefully the comittee will be able to find a suitable location that will have the least impact on the asthetic look of the whole Don Juan site.

And yes we have faith that the comittee will find the right home for our Wall of Mail

Hi, like most people we probably don't read the posts on EoS enough as we are busy with our own lives. 

We just assume that everything is ticking along and being sorted out. After having read the various posts regarding the "suppposed conflict between Max's role and Saskia's business we felt it was time to air our thoughts. 

 We feel that it is time to offer our thanks and support to Max and especially Saskia.

We have used several of their services since signing for our apartment, they were a "god send" especially in the early days when we had little or no experience of sorting out all the issues that come with buying a property in Spain.

Both Max and Saskia have always been friendly and professional, yes we have paid for jobs to be done, but the advice and patience and understanding has always been free.

Whilst we are living our busy lives trying to pay for our Spanish apartment and going there for holidays, Max and Saskia are living this constant nigtmare of ungratefulness and rumour mongering

We are very grateful for their expertise and for everything they do to benefit the community as a whole, much of which they do not publicise. Max and Saskia are caring people trying to make a living and have a life aswell.

We have not used their company for everything that we needed, but we have used them for the majority of jobs. We have been extremely pleased with their service.

We believe that if you have nothing worthwhile or positive to say then it is best to say nothing at all. 

On that note it is time to sign off - other than to say a huge thank you to both Max and Saskia for everything they do for our community - THANK YOU

Hopefully Max will continue with his role in the community and this will be an end to matter.

Hi, thanks for your coments. The hand rails were already there, some apartments have them, some don't. We don't know why.

Thanks for your congratulations, we are actually getting married next year,

Steve has posted a picture of my cousins wedding, where we were guests two wekks ago :-)

Hi everyone, hooray we have finally completed and we have lots of keys for our apartment. We are very happy with the finish of the apartment. Although there were a few minor snags, overall we were very pleased.

Everything went smoothly at the Notary, we were in the offfice for 1 hour and forty minutes. We only needed to show our passports and our original NIE documents. We had previously opened a bank acccount so we didn't need to do that on the day.

We would just like to say a public thank you to Max and Saskia for all their help and advice on the forum over the last few years. We would like to wish you all the best with your businesss venture.

We look forward to recieving our ful snagging report, hurry up and get the locks changed as we are coming out again in a few weeks to a very clean and well polished apartment x

Sorry if the list of jobs was endless, but it is reassuring to know that you will have completed these in our absence. We can't wait to come out and see you and all our new neighbours for a drink in the sun :-)
