Does anyone who has bought at Angel de Miraflores with GV & A as their lawyers keep getting letters from them requesting to act at a fee of 350 Euros for Non residents taxes for personal income and wealth taxes ?
I know that as we have not rented out our apartment yet we are not liable to personal income taxes, but what other taxes are we liable ? We have not received any IBI (local rate) invoice as GV & A state. How do we then pay this tax without GV & A ???
