Does anyone who has bought at Angel de Miraflores with GV & A as their lawyers keep getting letters from them requesting to act at a fee of 350 Euros for Non residents taxes for personal income and wealth taxes ?

I know that as we have not rented out our apartment yet we are not liable to personal income taxes, but what other taxes are we liable ? We have not received any IBI (local rate) invoice as GV & A state. How do we then pay this tax without GV & A ???

Just to let everyone know that we have just had an email from Sandra at GV&A that the First Occupancy Licence has been granted to Aifos. We have also received copies of the licence.

Jenni:- We are also buying in block 7. There is no parking under block 7 and GV&A have offered us parking & storage at an additional price under block 5.

To all Oceanview/GV&A clients :-

In July this year we called into the GV&A offices in Marbella. We were shown the plans of parking / storage areas that are for sale at additional costs. They range from 21600 to 25600 euros in total for both. We were told initially by Oceanview that they would cost approximately 6000 euros !   Any comments please.

Has anyone on this web site having bought through Oceanview with GV&A as lawyers actually completed and have keys to their apartment ? We bought through Oceanview 4 years and 3 months ago and are still awaiting completion !!
