Would appreciate advice from those in a similar situation. To complete or not to complete? Anyone with answers to the following questions?
1. If we complete - will everything be legal? Have the licencia de obras and licenicia de ocupacion been properly granted?
2. How can we challenge the 12000 euros "extras" by Mirador. Why has this been charged and who is repsonsible for it?
3. How can we challenge the 9000 euros "transfer" fee as we have a resale. We are told this has arisen through mistakes made by Palmera? Is this correct? Do we have to pay it? Can we sue for it back?
4. What are the dangers of not completing?
Lots of questions I know, but we have received different advice form different "qualified" people. What have you been told?
