Appreciate the new photos and I share your opinion that end Oct looks very doubtful.
I am visiting next week, 12 - 19th Sept, and shall obtain as much update info as possible. If nothing else this is necessary for furniture ordering and delivery schedules.
I shall provide feedback on return to UK.
