Hi all

We are having a nightmare with this. Our solicitor sent a letter to cancel our agreement and request our deposit back for the unit in phase 2.

I then had a date of the 7th November when i would get my deposit back, and still no money and on it goes.

Getting very nervous now, does anybody have any further evidence that the developer is paying up and how they have managed to do it.

I bought in July 04 in Phase 2.

My solicitor is advising me that I cannot pull out or get my money back until the developer has delayed by 3 months beyond the completion date of the end of July 07.

I cannot get any info out of the developer and would love to hear if anyone can shed some light on this as i am getting nervous about low property prices in this area and am considering pulling out right now . ! not sure if i can though ??
