In the last week of August we had a visitor too when we were not at home. It was a young woman and she walked away after my neighbours saw and followed her. She took nothing and our house was locked but within three days we installed an alarmunit in our house.

Is everybody insured for this kind of incidents?

Hi everybody,

Dennis made a very good point.

Similar problems can have a solution when arms join forces.

Probably it is not a point of apathy because i noted on reference date, sunday September 27th that 124 readers have seen this subject so there is enough interest to think/write/talk about this item further otherwise we pay the after sales from Procumasa by our selves.

Hi Dennis,

The barking dogs are, as far as i know, a few streets away from the Calle Dione but it is probably, as you mentioned, the accoustics on the urbanisation.  Anyway, it is especiality in the  night rather disturbing and the owner(s) of the dog(s)  know this as well we do but, unfortunately, they don't take their responsibility. How can they sleep by that noise?

It was nice to met you at Al Paraiso. Every time we visit Las Kalendas, we meet more people.

We were in our house in august/sept and spoke in our last week to  Felicidad Miralles about this items.

She told us that the snags will be done but they don't have enough workman and last but not least, the money to give our after sales. She told that they started up their guarantie works.

About the swimming pools is another question. About this item she told us that they will handed over the swimming pools to the community and talked allready about this item with the community.

I agree tot take action but give it some time more but only for this year.
