i to say knock it down and can't see why we need to attend a meeting when a correctly drawn up document signed by each apt owner should surely be adaquate.at the end of the day the builders built it for the security patrols who now for no apparent reason  don't use it and have probably only moved to keep an eye on the building site at our expense the builder should stand the cost and sort it out it is supposed to be a luxury development after all as thats how it was sold to all of us after all.
