I have had a very bad experience with endesa, I got a bill for 622 euro for april 2012. They claimed I consumed 10 times the normal consumtion during that month. I asked for investigation and the only thing they did was to send a young person to see id the counter works, the guy did not even touch the counter and left after 2 minutes.

after 4 month they said that we have to pay, and we can arrange to divide the payment, but instead they cut the electricity just without notice and we had to throw all the food from our fridge, etc, etc.

I saw that the counter is very old, from 1989, its certainly not EC certified and it can easly be manipulated.
