First of all it was not my intention to insult you personally or degrade your petition, after all I'm all for genuine and positive action and the "Tom, Dick or Harry" statement was just a figure of speach on my part. As I said in my original statement I was concerned the petition was asking for far too much personal information for my liking and having worked in the I.T. industry for 30 years, I felt it was my right to warn people to be cautious. I wish you good luck with your petition and hope it has a positive outcome for all. Once again, if I have offended anyone then I apologise!

I'm very concerned that you are asking for a lot of information and personal details on your PETITION database. There are a lot of "scams" about and villains on the web and I'm all for joining a genuine petition but I am not prepared to give out to any tom, dick on harry my personal details and information about my contract with a builder, bank, lawyer or estate agent and especially to someone I have never meet.

All I will say is....."Buyers beware!

Hi Tony. I agree with Julie Anne, what guarentee do we have that HdT will return our deposits to us in the first place and second why should we have to wait some 5 years to find out. Much better to take action now.

Message to SARC members

Just been reading todays; "The Independent" right across the front page it reads; "Spain the new crisis in Euroland" "Government and banks face crippling credit crunch" "Officials deny reports of 250bn euro bailout plan" "Cost of state borrowing reaches new high" "Unions announce plans for a general strike"

With such bad news for Spain, Where are Hdt/SJ going to get the financial backing from to start building SADM. Without the backing of the banks its never going to happen.
