Hi everyone involved in medina golf.

Looking for an update and to see if anyone is having any success in getting money back? We were in court last June with about 30 other people when courts ruled we weren't entitled to any money back. Was anyone else there? What have you done since this ruling?

Jose macias is representing us and little appears to have happened in this last year. Feeling very frustrated at the whole thing.

Hi, Can anyone help? We've been trying to contact Macias legal for a number of weeks but nothing has proved successful. Their answer machine is on when the office should be open and their web page is blank. we've sent a number of Emails all of which remain unanswered. They are supposed to be representing us over a property in Spain and with us being in the UK we can't think if any other way but to on here.

Any information would be great, thanks in advance

We were advised that medina golf was part built but no occupancy licence had been issued. Has anyone else who was involved in the court case in June been given any information from solicitors? We have emailed Jose macias a few times for an update but replies are not forthcoming,
