Nothing as yet..... following up with an email so will wait and see!  They are still advertising the 3 beds with 2 bathrooms!!

Hi Lorraine

We bought the same as you but have not been made aware that there is no 2nd bathroom!!

We were over in Spain in July and drove up to the apartments (in a hire car - luckily as I wouldnt want to drive mine up there!), there is a tarmac road but as stated it is blocked off!

The apartments are up but we were disappointed with the lack of garden and greenery but maybe that will come with time!

Have OVP said why we are not having a 2nd bathroom and are we to be compensated for this.... off to phone them but not holding out much hope for a response.

Hmm!

Chap we spoke to today said that it wasnt an option when we bought back in 2002/3 and that they are now offering incentives to buy!!!

Off to check the DVD we got and our paper work again!!

The goal posts just keep moving....

Hi All

Just wondered what your thought are on this. 

We have just got back from an OVP holiday stayed at Benatalya - some problems but not enough to spoil the holiday.

Went to visit the site and our block is nearly ready!!  Very disappointed with what we were shown on our trip out originally and what we now have.  A ground floor apartment with no outside space, only two small balconies! No gardens all concrete. No sign of the big leisure complex and shop!  If these are going to be ready by September, cant see many people wanting to holiday on a building site!!

Also, we rang OVP with regard to some other issues and during the course of the conversation got round the to rental program and the guarnteed 10% rental and were told in no uncertain terms that this was not an option on this site and we would not be getting this.  This was the reason we bought in the first place!!  

We seem to have missed out on a few updates with regard to OVP, we didnt know that Casa-Conceige manage the properties in Spain now and that you have to go and collect keys from their office in Estapona at the start of your holiday or pay for someone to meet you.
