spent long weekend at fairways nothing changed really except pathways. they have been dug out and filled in with small stones / shingle. Hopefully a temp measure but i doubt it. It would be very difficult to push a pram or buggy and i can see the smaller kids having a great time throwing them about..... The very bad news is our electric has been connected, north and south block i think. I wonder if the lifts will ever work?   The first time the doors open we"ll find skeletons inside, dont think i will ever use them

Community thread: Has anyone got experience of getting their deposit back through their solicitor with or without a 'bank guarentee'?

we were at meeting and managed to stay until 3.30pm, enough is enough!!  apart form not understanding spanish, none of the answers to our questions were translated into english.  can't make the next one but will be over again on 5th April so will see if any changes have happened.

I have apartment 161 and was over there this weekend.  Unfortunately we were broken into.  They let themself in with a key to 160 and then came over the front balcony and lifted our shutters and forced the door.  This is the second break in within a couple of months.  Do you know who has your key?  I have asked the office if your lock could be changed.  We have now put more locks on the shutters to make it harder.  Any comments anyone?
