Hello,

I'm interested in buying an apartment at Majestic Hills which is currently on the market. I have been in contact with a real estate agency in charge of the sale which has answered several of my questions. However, the agency could not, or would not, confirm as to whether or not there are arrears for the payment of community or communal charges.  Would somebody know a contact (telephone number or email address) within the community of owners where I could obtain some general information and information specific to the property concerned?
