Having spent 5 hours trying to negotiate with the current committee which appears to be made up entirely of MASA family members or employees. we were eventually steamrollered to a majority vote in favour of their plan.

THIS "MAJORITY" OF 44% APPROX. WAS NEVER CONFIRMED WITH FACTS AND, DESPITE THEIR APPAULING MATHS, DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN ACTUAL MAJORITY IF......

WE MOBILIZE THE ACTUAL OWNERS.

We need your contact details if you are not resident on Sierra Golf we also need the contact details of your neighbours if you know them.  

This will not be the only request you receive for  this information as we are talking to key holders, legal reps and other service providers to ask the same question.  You can send your email address as a private message in reply to this posting. or send it to another resident you know but please please send it so we can keep you informed of what is really going on.

If you  are buying on this polygono yours should be available too, check with MASA.
