450 euro pr month seems to me very cheap! But maybe for the moment, but I`m sure for the futures, you can at least go up to 600 euro.

By the way. I heard that the builder are negotiating with an investor to build the first 9 hole. They are now in  ialog with the landowner. Cross your fingers.

YES......You`r right. The aproval is going through Alicante Town hall. It is a right step forward and I know there a several investors who are very interested in the area. Hopefully they soon will start the construction work.
By the way; This summer between 25 and 30 Norwegians moving in at GM3 and GM 4 fase 1 and 2. Fase 3 is delayed and will not be completed before the end of this year.

Yes that`s true, but the new builders are now starting the finishing of fase 3. The last I`we heard is that the hole complex should be finish by June.

Unofficially the Valencia will approved the Golf project in May/June this year. Yeeehaaa!
