Ocean View Properties are pressing me to complete on my property by 31st March. Having just returned from a visit to my apartment i have serious reservations about completing on this date since the quality of materials and finish is not what one would expect from a luxury apartment. I would strongly recommend any buyers to view their properties prior to committing to completion. Problems include very cheap kitchen units and appliances, significant variation in the colours of floor tiles and extremely shoddy workmanship throughout particularly in terms of finish. In addition, anyone expecting to find a swimming pool will be sorely disappointed as it resembles a large puddle and is certainly too small to swim in.
