Polly , we have an apartment on Terraza that we would  sell or rent to you for a year to see if you liked it. We love the place and are going over next week for 14 days but due to work commitments we cant spend as much time there as we would like so we were thinking of renting long term or selling. message me if you want more info. hi all, we have recently completed on our 2 bed apartment and spent some time over there furnishing it and enjoying the place .We had planned to rent on a weekly basis but have since thought seriously of renting on a long term basis. Does anyone know of any agency that does long term rentals or of any one who might be interested in renting. thanks, tom
