I have had a long standing problem with my electric bills.
I have been an owner from the beginning, have a penthouse in block 11. My electrical bills have been all over the place from when we first took ownership, but to give you an example, my last 2 month bill was for 249euro, and the 2 month period prior to that was for 260euro. The problem I have is that for this 4 month period, the apartment has been unoccupied and the electric switched off at the mains!!
I have been trying to resolve this with Iberdrola for several years now and dont seem to be getting anywhere. I have also heard that there have been cases of crossed meters on the site? Can anyone confirm this?
Any help, feedback would be greatly appreciated as this is really starting to have an effect on our "little place in the sun".
