Going by what the papers say, the answer to this question is YES. San José are seeking bankruptcy protection.

However, in my opinion, the future of the Jumilla Santa Anna Golf resort is flawed due the lack of water. The Segura water authority CHS has been on a emergency state for the last years, and water transfers from the Tajo river are getting less reliable. Such a project, boasting 2 golf courses is unsustainable. It is hugely irresponsible for this project to get to this stage, in an area that is in such a precarious position with its water. It is too far inland and too high for desalinated water from coast to be viable, and future river link ups are less and less likely..namely the Júcar and l'Ebro rivers.
