We are on Jardine13 this dog barked all night on a roof terrace while the occupants were in the apartment something needs to be done about this and just today someone was attacked by two dogs it's only a matter of time till some kid or adult is seriously injured.I would like to point out not all dog owners are irresponsible but these people who have only recently appeared have no consideration for anyone and security need to get a grip on this.

We have just returned from Condado after 9 days holiday whilst there we received an email from ou Jardin President with three simple questions 1 about parking one about security enforcing the rules at the swimming pools and one about removing bins none of these issues are that important compared to the major problem that is plaguing our Jardin which is the security failing to stop the perpetual barking of dogs all night every night.

We have been on Condado since the very beginning and it has always been very relaxing but on this occasion we had a new neighbour who's dogs barked all night and nobody seemed to do anything about it which is a disgrace so instead of worrying about a couple of kids with a float in the pool let's tackle the real problems on Condado these residents need to be told this is not on and don't get me started on the dogshit that is littered around the Jardines now so if our Presidents want to take action on anything start with this issue and forget petty little issues.

Hi folks

Can anyone tell me how many properties do the banks still have to sell ?

friends of ours have just bought on Narajos 6 and have had conflicting info on how many are still for sale vary from 50 to 300.

They visited various sites but one visit to Condado and they knew it was perfect for them and their kids and grand kids a glowing endorsement of our complex.
