THere are no wire shelves included in the oven as they are extra. Adjutabe shelves are the best option. You can get them from Electrohogar Rodriquez, the electrical shop in the centre of Vera but they were out of stock when I went there so bought mine on the internet.

Raci only do the fobs but not the main apartment keys ( I have asked). We have tried a lot of ferreterias and lock smiths to no avail. Lopez maintains that we will have to go to Almeria.

We have been trying to get some additional CISA keys cut for the last two months and am finding it impossible. The supplier recommended by Keymare do not seem to know how to do it eventhough they supplied the locks. Have also tried numerious other places in teh area bit the last information was that we would have to go to Almeria. We have talso ried in England but have now been told that they can only be cut in Europe. Has anyone had any success and if so where.

The buying process was fine with MRI and we bought off plan two years ago. The big problem we are having is with after sales and busing the extras package in particular so would not recommend it. Their industrial cleaning service is also over priced.
