The reality is everybody who bought off plan 10-12 years has suffered badly. My apartment cost me over 200,000 euros but it's probably worth 50,000 tops now, if that,  so I can emphasise with your pain.

And good luck to all those people who are buying them now for a pittance. At least somebody gains.

Stokey, I'm sorry about your issues and fully understand why you would be angry.

However, the block you mention with the subsidence is just one small part of a very big complex. And in general, the build quality is very good.

oh yes it's pricelss alright - a typical trolls defensive response when they have been rumbled.

This will be my last post on this subject - All I will say is don't listen to hearsay from anybody. And not just for UGR, go pay a visit and make your own mind up.

Pleased you like your purchase and the complex. Like I said on previous posts, I have been there for 10 years and still think the complex looks great. And at the prices you can buy for it's a steal!

A lesson for all prospective buyers - Don't listen to the trolls!

My advice is do not listen to people who have no experience of the complex. No matter how well intentioned they claim to be.

Visit the complex yourself. I guarantee you will find an immaculate complex, beautifully kept gardens and swimming pools and first rate build quality. 

I won't claim the complex is perfect. Afterall it is a golf complex with no golf course. But at the prices I've seen advertised it's a steal as the many many new residents who have just bought will testify.

And finally you will not notice the one appartment block that has subsidence. It's in the far corner of the complex.
