There was talk a few weeks ago by many forum members including myself about the lack of promised facilites being completed within a reasonable timeframe. We as a group wanted to see if we could tie Calidona down to an acceptable completion time.

There was somebody on the forum who was talking to an English lawyer in Spain regarding this matter.

Does anyone knows what happened and if a legal position was ever sort?
