Hi there,
I live in Barcelona. When I moved here, I registered my address for the NIE/NIF as a friend's place. I now have my own flat and need to figure out who to inform the government of my change of address and how to do it.
Does anyone know who needs to be informed? From what I can figure out, the NIE is unaffected by the change of address but I do need to update the information with the tax people. But how do i do that?
