I have been with Fusters in Vera for 3yrs,three weeks ago decided to pull out of ACC,only to find the Vera branch closed,now i am dealing with thier branch in Mercia of which has not been easy.

I'm in the UK and don't want to go back to Spain,i used to speak to an English lady in Vera there were no problems with communication,now dealing with Mercia i have spoke to the solicitor with difficulty and he does not respond to my emails.

I have had 3.5yrs of duff information and lies and it looks like pulling out is not going to be easy.
