I found "the furniture store" very good it is in one of those industrial estates on the road that runs back towards the motorway. it stylish and middle range price, but best of all they speak english and are very helpful

Thanks for the replys guys. Unfortunetly I paid my 40% in good faith thinking the bank G would not be an issue. It was paid over 12months ago now. I only started pestering them 5 months ago. It looks like Ive a lot more pestering to do.

Hi, Just got back from visiting the Mar Menor 2 site  last weekend - 15th March 08. It appears to be moving on quite well AT LAST. Some of the substructures for the buildings have been started and there was lots of site activity. My biggest concern regarding my investment is that I am having a real problem with getting the Gaurantee Bond for the large amount of money I have already handed over to Polaris World. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so have they any suggestions?? rhona0202
