Does any one have the latest information about  the Bahia Del Golf Complex in Almerimar and what is going to happen to it 

I understand that it  has been aquired by Aliseda estates which is part of Blackstone which is a very big American Company who buy in cheap and sell on high

Hi My Name is Eddie Walsh and i have for the past 2 years been trying to find out from Banco Popular  for my  Daughter (She has an apartment in the Bahia Del Golf Complex in Almerimar ) what is happening with this complex She has had no water and electricity due to vandalisim for over 2 yearsand the apartment is basiclly unusable .

I have recently been told that the Bank are now going to completely renovate the complex and would like to know if any one who is an owner of an apartment there has been given the same information.  Any comments and information  would be most welcome .

Hi

My name is Eddie Walsh and my Daughter has an apartment in the Bahia Del Golf Apartments in Almerimar   She has been unable to have use of it for the last 2 years due to vandalisim ( The whole block has no electrics  Piping water etc )

Banco Popular have been un willing to take on repairs in all that time ,but i have recently heard that they are now going to start bringing the whole site back up to scratch  starting in December  (Community and Board Members ) I also understand that Sun Setvices who ran part of the site have been wound up .

If any one  else has any information i would be most grateful if they would contact me or post on the forum
