All CDS owners please all see the Manilva beach owners board on EOS. They have taken the selling agent to court on various things including mis-selling. The court has upheld their action in the first round and apprently are thinking about an asset freezing order !

Hello Norman,

Your posts have provided me with lots of humour over the months and I don't actually disagree with much of what you say. Are we to believe that as you are "no longer liable" that you have forfeited your 40% deposit in is entirety ?! If I recall you had a penthouse so if this is the case you have lost about 160,000 euros assuming you paid about 400k euros? If you have lost this amount then obviously you have extremely deep pockets!!

It would be much appreciated if you could take some pictures of the overall complex and surrounding area and load back onto EOS so that we can all get an idea of what it's looking like.  Some buyers can't get out for a while so any help would be much appreciated.

I received an email from AMMEX today detailing the full minutes of the recent AGM. The minutes contain a section in relation to an invcease in fees for the period May 2007 to April 2008. This eqautes to about 17%!
