We need legal advice from a good Spanish solicitor possibly with a view to recovering our deposit.   Our deposit has been paid against a Peinsa off-plan house on the Calas del Pina development at San Juan de los Terreros/Pulpi.  One name mentioned in passing was a Mr Gonzalo Ross based in Aguilas, has anyone else had any experience of this solicitor or can anyone recommend a good solicitor to us?  We would be interested to hear of any success stories.
