Hi Pauline,

We have bought a duplex and had an inspection visit on June 4th, all seemed ok. The place was full of people desperatly cleaning the communal areas, the pool is not in use at the moment as they are waiting for a licence.  We will also probably be there in September.  There are already people on the complex who have completed and using their apartments.  Did not get a chance to ask them if they were holiday homes or living there.

Hi everybody buying on Veranday Agua we were also told that inspection visits can be organised for the end of April and they would be sending out letters soon.  Don't forget that if you are not yet in a position to complete or if you want to wait to see if the exchange rate improves you do not need to complete until when you were originally told the developement would be completed.

Hi Everybody,

We spoke to a chap from keymare when we were there in December, he said that the developement was well on target for completion and in fact would properly be ready early, in August.

We are going over again mid march so will check on progress.  We are buying a duplex opposite the pool.

Hi,  I have put some pictures on the forum.  I have been trying to upload some more recent ones but the website won't co-operate at the moment.  We are buying a duplex, so we might be neighbours.  The apartment blocks into the hillside are furhter on then the others.  Sue
