Hi Danni,

              We have had to wait 10 years like most others, but he eventually got our money back from the failed Jumilla project, and we are now waiting for the interest which will come at some point. We trusted him when we finally bought in Roldan, Murcia, and he saw our puchase through safely. He checked everything thoroughly and would not let us pay any money until he was satisfied all was in order. You can trust his company completely, and he will answer any questions by email or phone, which i believe is not always the case with some lawyers,

Hi Simon,

               When we moved to Spain from Kent we used a friend of a friend who was cheap, and he turned up in a van far too small, so we got Digby Removals from Essex to bring the remainder. They are not the cheapest but are excellent. They labelled every item and we checked them off as they unloaded. I can thoroughly recommend them,

Bad luck Brian. We have just heard that the bank has appealed against our judgement. What a surprise!! Our solicitor has filed for a "provisional execution" which means they have to pay us our original deposit, probably less costs. This will take a minimum of 1 month. The appeal in Alicante will take about 6 months, and then if they go to the Supreme Court, up to 2 years. I don't think we get our interest back yet either. None of this should be allowed to happen because they know they will not win, it is just delaying tactics all the time. I could write some very rude words here now
