  Does anyone know about driving to Spain with our 2 flat coat retrievers in an estate car? I know they have to be in harnesses in a saloon, but do we just need a dog guard for an estate? Also, does anyone know if you can have 2 pets to a room in Ibis or Accor hotels for the journey down,

                                   We too very much want our house. However, we are both coming up for retirement and as has been stated do not want to spend the next 5 or 10 years living on a building site. We want to live there with full amenities. How long will it take to sell the remaining 8000 or so properties? We went to the meeting in Birmingham on Sunday, and out of 70 people who were there [ representing 120 people] only a handful were in favour of having their property, the rest just wanted their money back. As we have paid 110,000 Euros already, and mortgaged half our house to do it, we need to do what is best to protect our investment,

                                                          Many thanks for your efforts, you and Brian have done brilliantly. We too would still love to have our property which was due for completion Dec. 09. We will definitely send the letters you are getting together to the various people concerned. However, it is still worrying that San Jose, via Pilar, are still coming out with the same old story " the project will go ahead". Are the licences in place not only for the homes, but also for the roads, water, and also for the proposed hotel, petrol stations, and the project as a whole? Also, if too many people pull out and try to get their money back i think SJ will sink anyway. We are trying to stay positive while remaining scepticle, if that makes sense,
