Hi guys Great news !! I've just won my appeal against the developers and the bank .they have been ordered to pay my deposit back,all my legal fees plus interest .a very long process but finally good news .keep fighting!! Ranks

Hi guys , this process has been long ,I am expecting a final decision from the appeal court in malaga any day now.does anyone know how long it takes from the court day please? Cheers ranks

hi , at the moment the courts have our funds,manilva costa can appeal .they have certain amount of time to lodge it .the important thing is that the judge has condemned both manilva costa and the guarantor[spanish bank] to pay back our funds .we were phase 1 .good luck ranks
