I have just read a report in the Murcia news that the owner of Corvera Golf, Mr Rizzo, is going to make 220 properties available, free of charge, for use by European refugees and make the closed course avaiable for camping

So added to all of the other known problems on this resort, the developer not paying fees, the closure of the course, the banks selling properties at heavy discounts, the  airport not happening and the original threat of social housing owners now have to deal with this news

Perhaps like the social housing threat, that didn't happen,  this is only a threat by the developer but Murcia region have agreed to take around 2000 refugees but also it isn't very good press, especially when the aricle talks about the great facilities, pools, gardens and much more

What more can they do to these owners, I was going to buy on this site at one time, glad that I didn't

I have a rental now, my own insurance policy but when I checked the agreement when I get back I noticed that they had added the extra insurance fee at 17.56 a day and on the agreement it wasn't even called insurance

when I rent I always run a voice recording of the transaction and photograph the car so I called Firefiy, didn't need the recording and they immediately did new agreement, without the charge, lesson learned check the agreement at the desk

Not sure how this can be a steal as all they are promoting is the banks propertues that have just been released by Sareb and where there is a bank website that publishes all of the prices and availability, especially when the hearder says €38k and in the body of the text it says

ORIGINAL PRICE: FROM 145.000 €. NEW PRICES FROM ONLY 49.800 €

There are no one bed properites now left at €38k the the one at €41k has been sold so now they start at €43k

Also be very careful with certain agents as threy add a buying fee of around €3k on top of the prices as there is low commissions on bank properties so make sure that you ask

Sareb via a bank have just released a lot of apartments on the earky phases with potentoal mortgages

1 bed 1 bath from €41,200

2 bed 1 bath from €49,800
