To anyone who is interested we have completed on our apartment, we visted the development on the 5/7/09. After all the delays and troubles with ovp we went to our apartment expecting the worst, but to our amazement apart from 2 years of dust and dirt we were pleasantly surprised, a few issues remain to be sorted out, but these cannot be overcome now ovp are out of the way.
If those who wish to complete are finding it hard to find a mortgage supplier I can highly recommend the company we used, they dealt with the application speedily and very efficently, they are an English company, E-mail mark.ford@murciamortgages.com
