Hi, at the end I have signed last week and I have been busy making the flat nice with some furniture.

I am really satisfied of the result!

I have signed the contract with the calaceite service for the rental of my flat. The conditions are good, I think that is impossible that the flats get's paied alone but well I imagine that the rental fees will be good. It is a one year contract. I hope that it will give good results.

I will be able to use my flat 10 days in August , so I am relly looking forwards to it!

As the tile I would like people to put some photos in the blog of teh views of the flats and of the Residencial , and if possible (?) of the golf course or the works that they are doing!

Well I think that you are right that would be the right way of doing things , but, is not allways the thing that builders do!!!!

I am a  bit ashamed for what you told me about security, I know that the fees that we will have to pay each month will be 180 euros more or less for a  two rooms apartment and well I think that if they don't stay doing the job is really mad!!!

Well we still don't know when we will be going to Calaceite, I think that nearly sure for the 15th , if then we will change plans we will be in contact.

I could imagine that there were going to be a  lot of things that were not fine.

I can tell you some things that, because I live in Spain , builders allways do:

Normally there is no lock on doors in the house eccept bath and wedding room( well this is like I have in my flat and my friends have)

The doors from the garage to the stores and lift areas I think that can't be locked up for security reasons ( is the same in my building) I know that is not so safe for burglers but I thnk that we are having security at the entrance of the residencial(not su sure but hope so as we will be paying a lot of money for comunity fees each month!!!!! )

Do you know somthing about the hospital? they told me that they were going to build a private hospital that had to be the same style of our flats.

The thing of the rails near the steps is strange because they should not have givven the authorization to live there untill everything is safe.

I think that cleaning will be sourted but before high renting season ( hope before!!!! it's a pitty that is not tidy!) 

They told me that the golf course is in act, they told me that they are working mooving ground and that is a long thing to build (2 years???) I hope that someone who lives there or that has been lately has more news about it! ( I don't trust a lot what people of Calaceite say because the golf course should allready been finished for what they told us one or two year ago!!!!)

Are you going to sign the contract there in malaga or where you live ?

maybe I will go in May to see the flat if everything is fine
