There is a scam going at Las Palmeras. The SKY installer is charging 200 euros to connect apartments to the Sky dish, normal charge 48 euros by most companies on this coast.

If you pay the 200 as a tenant and you then leave the apartment, a new tennant is then charged again for a new connection.

If during a 2 year period an apartment has 4 tenants this cowboy is making 800 euros profit.
