Have just spoken to our agent he seems to think this completion dated is for phase 1-7 but will phone the builder to get confirmation for us.

Just had notification from our Agent that the June 2007 completion date stands.

We sent our solicitor an email in July asking if we were entitled to any compensation as our contract stated completion would be October 2006, the email sent back to us two weeks later said the builder would supply us with a Bank Guarantee, we  also asked our Solicitor for a new contract but as yet we have not had a reply surprise surprise
