I did post on her yesterday in reply to your previous posting regarding the 60 new properties that you say are starting on La Nueva Tercia residential in Murcia on 1st December 2011.

I don't know what has happened to that posting and where it has gone?

Can you confirm exactly what is happening please as i don't quite understand what you are saying?

Are you suggesting that Alamur are going to build new houses on faze 3 or are completing 60 houses on faze 2?

Also you said that there are only 3 semi detached houses left for sale, again is that on faze 1 or 2?

 Whilst i appreciate that the Spanish do work in mysterious ways i don't think that even they would spend many years of hard work and more than 200 million euros on a huge project such as this and just walk away when so close to completion.

I truly believe this airport will be completed and operational by next summer as this is one of the main reasons behind Paramount choose Murcia as the area to build their new theme park.

A  company the size of Paramount would want certain gaurantees from the Spanish authorities before thy would invest there time and money in a massive project such as this.

The infastructure has also been built for the motorway links etc

The current global economic problems will not last for ever and when things do eventually get back to some kind of normality the Murcia region of Spain will realise it's potential .

It may well take longer than first planned but i it will happen.

Is anybody aware of the progress with the new motorway from San Javier to Santomera, RM1

The last time we drove on it we got on at Sucina and headed toward Santomera it just ended in the middle of nowhere?

That was a year ago so i don't know if it goes any further now?

I'm sure i saw on the local news that this road had been officially opened by some politicians etc??

Isn't it supposed to link up with the A7 motorway, that would save us about 15 to 20 mins when driving down from Alicante airport.
