 Hi everybody we are coming over to sunny spain on sunday 1st july to sign for our apartment after a long delay , having read some of the comments on another website i dont think i will be bringing my speedos HA HA!!!! joking aside as for the pool what will be will be. We will be looking forward to our visit and meeting any future neighbours. Did anybody sign up for the sky & brittish tv package ? we were wondering what the reception was like, it seems like a good deal. We were also wondering with us being on the ground floor and having very little balcony space if bbqs on the roof was an option ,i can just see it ice cold beer and a big steak and the sun beaming down with such wonderfull vistas and some good company of course. Oh well best start packing now .

hello all, we were over in spain at the weekend to see how things were getting along but as far as i can see there are still 2 or 3 months before block 1 will be complete i now will wait untill i get confirmation from our representatives and not the builder . Its not all bad news the apartments are being finished to a high standard and well worth the wait we took some photos but not being very good on a computer i only got one on its our apartment at the gable end of the building next to the pool.

Hi Gloria ,Mike and Alan. its Andy and Ruth here ,you are right nobody else from block 1 has posted any news or info. But im quite sure that nearer the completion date we will be hearing from all and sundry, we are looking forward to our holiday home and mabey our home in the future who knows? we are going out on the 1st of march to see how things are getting along and hopefully a date of handover. But we will keep the site posted when we come back.

Hi our names are andy and ruth ,we are purchasing mar y sol block 1 apartment f ground floor front next to the pool. When we went to the builder we were told that the roof pool was for our use and the pool next door was for the bungalows only but it seems that there is great confusion over which is which surely somebody can resolve this or is it a race to the nearest pool, the next thing will be geting up at 3 in the morning to place beach towels like some other country we wont mention.
