Now things have started to move on Sierra Golf has anyone heard anything about the local council taking over different aspects of the site i.e rubbish collection, maintainance of green areas, maintainance of roundabouts etc.

Anyone running a shuttle between the airport and S/G if so how much.

Good to see some positive posts, hope now that the electricity situation is getting sorted a few more people will start moving in and work will start coming your way.

I don't know how your move went but am I glad that I didn't use Atlas, Mercers and Vicky have been fantastic.

When we paid our deposits over 4 years ago none of us had any idea what we were letting ourselves in for, now looking at what is there and what will be there I for one am over the moon.

I don't doubt that there are still many frustrations to be had along the way but as June and Roy said when I spoke to then recently in England, they can’t wait to get home (Sierra Golf).

Don't overload the fridge with too many tins and bottles.

Hi All

Spoke to mercers in Spain yesterday and I was told that they have the green light to start releasing properties on 13,14,15 and 16.

Vicky stated that the first people she was going to deal with were the people allready out there.

My property on m15 is also ready and she will get me a notary appointment for 20th Sept if I can get a bank account sorted out in time.

My understanding of the water and electricity supplies are that all properties are on builders supply untill payment has been received then the connection of permanant supplies will then be put on (I may be wrong about this ).
