can anyone tell me where i stand legally with this property

i paid a deposit of  30%   3 to 4 years ago and have been hounded by the developer for the last year to complete

i dont want to do this until there is an occupation licence

how many people are completing

how many are suing

and how many are sitting on the fence waiting for the licences

does anyone know how many apartment sales have been completed and how many have only paid deposits [ waiting for occupation licence before completing ] and those  that are still up for sale
