Hi Sharon and everyone else,

Haven't posted for awhile, I've been a very busy boy. Do not know the proper spelling of the Chinese we went to but it something like Fau Du Hau - anyway we all know it locally as the black chinese restaurant opposite Marcelas pizza house as the signage is all black and white.

If you like kebabs, Alhambra 3 by Playa Grande is the best by far, I have tried many in the area.

Hi there,

Welcome woolfie, power to the people - or was that foxy.

There is a new golf development by Atlantia coming soon but not at the lighthouse roundabout. It will be on the edge of town past the Mercadona commercial centre.

The one by Mojon Hills is by another developer and is not expected to be released for another 4 or 5 years.

I could go into more detail about the new golf course but I do not want to be seen as touting for business. People will just have to contact me direct as this is not the place to discuss sales.

Hi all,

Just to let you know about completion dates on properties. I can only tell you what I know from the builder. Phase 2 is still expected at the end of this summer and Phase 4 should be the end of summer 2009.

I will ask them if these are just original dates or realistic dates.

I am in the same boat as Mel and I have got Phase 4A Block 4 Top Left - just one block away from Sharon and Dave. My agent told me it would be ready for the end of summer 2009, I really should stop talking to myself!!!
