Hi Guys,

It's all gone quiet. Is there any news on the completion and or the LOFO yet. Promaga tried contacting us but we haven'e spoken to them yet.

LOS say there is a letter being produced but this was some weeks ago, can anybody shed some light on any of the procededing please?

How long will the completion licence and licence of first occupancy take realistically? as you say all this has the clock ticking in our favour.

Surely the occupancy licence would have to be issued by now?

Has anybody heard any more from their solicitor? Or even applied form their deposit back yet?

Hi,

Seems funny that Marcus1500 sees the site as at least a year away from completion. Would be interesting to see how much activity there is to complete. Maybe only certain phases are recieving all the attention.

I am going to Spain in Feb so will see for myself how far we are from completion. I for one will be filing for my deposit back at the end of Feb.
