Hi everyone

I have a friend who has a 2 bed, 2 bath in Phase 3, Block 2 for sale. He wants to sell as quickly as possible so his starting asking price is €180,000 but he is open to offers. The apartment has golf and mountain views as it is East facing. The build size is about 75m2 and the terrace is about 15m2. The apartment is unfurnished so its ready to move into.

Has anyone had problems with the people renting/owning the attico in block 8, portal B? I have heard stories that they are threatening everyone else in the development, make loud noises until the early hours and let tehir dogs run free making a mess everywhere. We were told that if any says anything to them, they are threatened and shoted abuse at. Can anyone shed any light on to whether they are renting the apartment or if they are the actual owners?

Hi all

We have recently purchased the furniture for our apartment and had it delivered and would like to recommend the company to everyone. The owner is an interior designer and she gave us several options. Much better than the usual bog standard furniture packs we were offered!!
