hi there. does anyone know the latest goings on with aifos. they had my life savings and the estate agent in this country was rubbish so i dont even have a copy of the contract. will i be able to get this now?? thanks

hi there. thanks very much for the info. its a terrible situation!! it looks like i've lost a considerable amount of money. i wish i could claim some recompense from the estate agent in this country who dealt with it ( very badly, at that). i dont even have a copy of the contract on my file and they have washed their hands of it because their agents in spain went bust, so they will not make any commission!

does anyone have any ideas about anything i can do about the estate agents i dealt with? suggestions gladly accepted.

do i litigate or not? does anyone have the very latest on what's going on with aifos. i spoke with somebody from lawbird 2 days ago who said that that very day aifos had moved from their plush offices to a warehouse!

i want my deposit back but do i throw away more money on a lawyer with no guarantee of winning?
