Hello , I am viewing several apartments in golf resort with some different agents, all of them over the 400.000€ . I know the price some off plan buyers did pay for a 3 bedrooms either in phase 6, 7 or 8 is 365.000e . I am very interested to buy a first or second fllor 3 beds apartment from one of these off plan buyers , staright away without commissions of agents.
