I have instructed solicitors in Murcia to pursue a refund for my apartment (block 84) which was on the old phase 2.

Has anybody else successfully brought an action in the Spanish Courts?  I issued in March, but have been told that the Judge will not deal with the proceedings until September, when they will be served.  Polaris will then have 28 days to respond.

As a lawyer myself, this seems an awful long time, but there is little I can do.  I would be interested to hear from anybody who has had success.

Hi

My wife and I are a little tired of the endless extensions to handover dates and are starting to think over the possibility of selling (or, at least, attempting to) our ground floor front line golf apartment.  Does anybody know whether Polaris are amenable to returning monies invested or is selling privately the only option?   If so, how do you go about this most efficiently?  Help would be much appreciated.
